Zonal / Regional Sale Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Zonal / Regional Manager to lead our sales, this role will be an independent role, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional decision making skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives, revenue targets as assigned and payment collections.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, expand the client base and handle customer complaints.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and improve market positioning.
  • Sales Execution: Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and effective deal negotiation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance metrics, evaluate sales processes, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and optimize the sales process.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of proven experience in edtech sales management, with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and decision making skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of sales strategies and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and make strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
