Refund Policy:

A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to or by calling us on 1800 121 223322 within 24 hours of payment. There shall be no other mode of refund request initiation under any other circumstances.

Refunds shall be processed and made to original payer account within 7 to 10 business working days, post validation from our internal team. You will be notified on the process.

No refund request will be entertained post 24 hours after the payment under any circumstances Any adjustment to the subscription will be done on case to case basis post approval from our Internal Team.

Cancellation Policy:

If I request for a cancellation of subscription, when will I get it?
We will update you the status of your cancellation via SMS & email for more details.

You can raise a request to cancellation your items with these simple steps:
1. Log into your account
2. Go to My subscriptions
3. Click on 'Cancel' against the item you wish to return or exchange
4. Fill in the details and raise a cancel request
Once you raise a request, you'll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. If the request is approved, after which you will get a refund.

Any feedback You provide with respect to the Application shall be deemed to be non-confidential. The Application shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. Further, by submitting the feedback, You represent and warrant that (i) Your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of You or of third parties; (ii) the Company is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the feedback; (iii) the Application may have something similar to the feedback already under consideration or in development; and (iv) You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from the Company for the feedback under any circumstances, unless specified.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be held responsible in any manner for any content provided by other users even such content is offensive, hurtful or offensive. Please exercise caution while accessing the Application.
